These missions are supported both by the farm account, the church, and our donations to the ELCA. We do this through monthly articles in the Tower Talk.  The team begins in August the process of choosing a Stewardship Emphasis program for each year. This event takes place each November. The planning of this program is one of our biggest events.  Consecration service is followed by a dinner supplied by the stewardship team members.  If you are interested in serving on the stewardship team, please contact LaJean Wehring or the church office.

Confirmation is a ministry for seventh and eight grade students.  Through confirmation, students will learn more about their faith, accept their faith as their own, and become a members of the church.  Students attend weekly classes on Wednesday nights throughout the school year for two years to prepare for the right of confirmation on Reformation Sunday of their freshman year.  Classes include lessons taught by Pastor, small group time, and one-on-one conversations with student's confirmation mentors.  There are opportunities for adults to serve as either confirmation class helpers or as confirmation mentors.  If you are interested in serving in either of these capacities, please contact Denise Wilson or the church office.  For more information, visit the Elementary and Middle School Youth.

Sunday School

Sunday school for preschool through eighth grade students run throughout the school year.  Sunday school operates on a three week rotation schedule, where students learn about one bible story for three weeks.  Each of those weeks, they will rotate between different stations such as Games and Science or Arts and Crafts.  Additionally, students attend a music station every week for part of the time.  Adult volunteers are always needed to run the different stations.  If you are interested in helping with this ministry, please contact the church office or the Sunday School Superintendent.  For more information, visit the Elementary and Middle School Youth Page.
