The stewardship team is composed of the following members: LaJean Wehring, Lisa Dunbar, Patty Walter, Jane Duysen, Zach Mass, and Ken Andersen. The stewardship team’s mission is to inspire others to experience the joy of sharing their time, talents, and treasures. We strive to keep the congregation informed about the missions support by St. Paul. These missions are supported both by the farm account, the church, and our donations to the ELCA. We do this through monthly articles in the Tower Talk. The team begins in August the process of choosing a Stewardship Emphasis program for each year. This event takes place each November. The planning of this program is one of our biggest events. Consecration service is followed by a dinner supplied by the stewardship team members. This is by far the largest youth event that we hold each year, and it takes many volunteers to make it a success. Opportunities to volunteer include being a group buddy that leads a grade from station to station and leading a station or other activity. Classes include lessons taught by Pastor, small group time, and one-on-one conversations with student's confirmation mentors. There are opportunities for adults to serve as either confirmation class helpers or as confirmation mentors. If you are interested in serving in either of these capacities, please contact Denise Wilson or the church office. For more information, visit the Elementary and Middle School Youth.
