CURRICULUM
The staff will integrate a developmentally appropriate learning program where experiences will meet each child's needs and stimulate learning in all developmental areas: physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Through supervised structured and unstructured activities, the curriculum will allow each child to learn respect for adults and peers, to gain self-confidence, to grow at his or her own rate and to develop positive feelings toward learning.
Daily activities include supervised playtime in various areas (i.e. blocks, housekeeping, art, science, manipulatives, library, dramatic play), reading and math readiness skills, prayer and Bible verses, music, large muscle skills, snacks, story time and creative crafts. Qualified teachers have the opportunity to provide individual, small group, and large group instruction. Field trips will be planned in conjunction with study units.
